About Sarah

I'm a mum of twin boys and a Career Transition Coach. Embracing my new identity as a mum was (and still is!) a challenge. Initially, I believed I could have it all: a part-time coaching business, and 4 days a week of full-time mummyhood. But before long, I realised I was wearing SO MANY HATS at once, I just couldn't separate the two worlds! I was giving most of me away to the tasks that didn't matter, and less to my boys. How do I win in my career, and win as a mum?? Over time, I've learned it's about achieving a blend of Prioritisation and Balance (the 'Doing'); and Appreciation and Acceptance (the 'Being').

After 11 years in the corporate business world, I found inspiration and fulfillment through my experiences receiving career coaching. I learned during this transitional journey that my inherent strength and passion ultimately lies in connecting with people and it did not lie in sitting behind a computer screen. The power of coaching inspired me to leave my career in Accounting and dedicate myself to helping others with their career transitions.

My new role as a mum now complements my coaching practice. I'm here to help re-design your work so you can have more quality time for what matters most.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also an Associate Career Coach with Careershifters Ltd (www.careershifters.org) and a licensed Firework Career Coaching practitioner (www.fireworkcoaching.com).
